Urban Renewal: In addition to 'Historic Buildings' work, the partnership has a strong track record in urban renewal projects. Redundant and sometimes derelict commercial and industrial buildings have been transformed for new uses by contemporary design and imaginative planning.
Trace Computers acquired a featureless 1970's office building in St John Street, Clerkenwell for their HQ. The removal and rebuilding of the St. John Street elevation created a distinctive and contemporary image in keeping with the ethos of the company.
