Urban Renewal: In addition to 'Historic Buildings' work, the partnership has a strong track record in urban renewal projects. Redundant and sometimes derelict commercial and industrial buildings have been transformed for new uses by contemporary design and imaginative planning.
Brunel Carriage acquired a basic modern two storey industrial warehouse in Whitechapel to house all aspects of their expanding high end chauffeur and limosine business. The lower levels were reconfigured for garaging, staff facilities and the central communications and control rooms. The insertion of a new mezzanine floor created space for head office administration and a conference suite.
