Many of these projects are located in inner London boroughs, but also as far afield as the north-west, north and south Wales. New uses include Small Business Centres, Arts Spaces and Offices.

Urban Renewal: In addition to 'Historic Buildings' work, the partnership has a strong track record in urban renewal projects. Redundant and sometimes derelict commercial and industrial buildings have been transformed for new uses by contemporary design and imaginative planning.
Brixton Enterprise Centre was based on the old Bon Marche department store in the centre of Brixton. The major rejeneration project created retail, business and residential units in a disparate collection of buildings.
