Many of these projects are located in inner London boroughs, but also as far afield as the north-west, north and south Wales. New uses include Small Business Centres, Arts Spaces and Offices.

Urban Renewal: In addition to 'Historic Buildings' work, the partnership has a strong track record in urban renewal projects. Redundant and sometimes derelict commercial and industrial buildings have been transformed for new uses by contemporary design and imaginative planning.
The Blackfriars Foundry project in Southwark involved the total refurbishment of a semi-derelict electric meter factory. Within the shell, around sixty small business units were created, including a new floor at roof level set back from the existing parapet. Individual business benefit from central management facilities providing reception and meeting rooms for all occupants.
