Many of these projects are located in inner London boroughs, but also as far afield as the north-west, north and south Wales. New uses include Small Business Centres, Arts Spaces and Offices.

Urban Renewal: In addition to 'Historic Buildings' work, the partnership has a strong track record in urban renewal projects. Redundant and sometimes derelict commercial and industrial buildings have been transformed for new uses by contemporary design and imaginative planning.
The Alami International Import and Export business required a new Head Office combined with showrooms, offices, extensive warehousing and cash and carry units. Acquiring a brownfield site in Old Ford, now close to the Olympic site, enabled all these functions to be acommodated within a purpose built 7500sq.m complex.
